Beach was great, pool was hot. Staff was ok, room service food was horrible. Room service to clean the room was horrible

We found the property to be dirty. There is a huge bird problem, so bird poop all over cabanas, chairs, and stains from it on pool towels. We upgraded at the property to get a top floor room and access to an exclusive lounge. We had birds dive bombing us when we were out on the balcony. The lounge was nothing special compared to the rest of the areas. The food was absolutely terrible in all restaurants. Would not return.

The hotel itself was nice! It had two pools, one being an adult pool which was nice! Easy beach access was the best. However, the food was disappointing and not worth the all inclusive price. For that, I would not recommend this if food is what you’re wanting to have a good experience with. & Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back to stay at this hotel.
