The building is old and noisy from the room next to us but they are under renovation.
The staff were friendly and reaction was fast.
The room is clean. It’s good to stay here!

Room was clean and the stuff ware working cheerfully.
But I think the best thing about this hotel is the location. It's next to the park and facing modern area and more traditional Bangkok too.

Close to BTS line. Amazing free breakfast. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nice park next door is nice for walking. Highly recommend it.

Well it is for me. Others might have a different idea. But almost all of my visits/stays in Bangkok. Have been at this establishment. When elsewhere always regretted it. Even if it was on the same road.
So can hardly wait for next time!!

The hotel is in great location with many options for dining. We chose breakfast included option and enjoyed their wide selections of food. The front desk staff were very nice. We had to check out early for the early flight check in and they prepared packed breakfast for us.

Have been staying at this location for years!
It is only rated as a 3star hotel.
But there are others in the same street with the same rating.
Stayed with them also.
But they be a 3 star then the royal view easily be a 4 star.
Of course others might disagree.
But rooms are spacious
Bathroom is with a tub.
Breakfast is plentiful and self service
Staff is professional and proficient in English. Seems to be in Mandarin also.
Looking forward to my next visit.
Only stayed 10 days with them and no complaints!!
