තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

Booked a double and a twin room and received 2 twin rooms. Was in the lift going upto yo 10th floor, a staff member got in on the seventh floor and took the lift back down to the first floor. Not impressed.

The towels are really old as some reviews have mentioned and coming off the seams. Vent and lighting can clearly see some mold. The shower has a bit of a smell coming from the drain before the soaps cover the scent which isn't the most hygienic. The phone does not work to contact the reception. No bathrobes. Honestly thought this was a 3 star hotel from the state of it, but being a 4 star hotel this is a really bad experience. The location is truly the best thing going for the hotel and the only reason why I booked it

Surprisingly, the property was much more run down than I expected. The public area was not clean.

Disappointing Stay – Poorly Maintained and Lacks Basic Service Standards My recent stay at Dorsett Singapore was highly underwhelming. The property feels heavily worn down and severely lacks basic attention to detail. Poor Maintenance: The lights flickered constantly. Towels were frayed. The shower had intermittent hot water. Lack of Cleanliness: Deep cleaning is neglected. Heavy dust was visible inside remote controls and bathroom exhaust fans. Unprofessional Service: The technician sent to resolve issues stepped into the room with shoes on, showing zero regard for room hygiene. The property requires immediate upkeep and staff retraining. I do not recommend staying here.

Nice room, location close to subway which was convenient

Didn't have enough space for putting your clothes, no drawers. Air conditioning was only adequate, temperature didn't go down low enough, could be because we were on top floor in a corner room but the room always felt warm rather than cool
