The staff were nice. Breakfast was great. At check-in they said if there was a problem to call and they'd have maintenance help. We called. Maintenance couldn't help. Room was hot all weekend. "It's central AC" then turn it up, it's 100 outside I don't want it 80 in my hotel room.

Fantastic location a amazing high rise holiday inn very nice.super comfortable bed.a amazing tv huge flat screen tv that you can watch on the couch in the extra space just like a living room or it can be adjusted to watch in a king size bed. A amazing marble bathroom. And much more. Sincerely steven Craig shopnick

Great hotel and location. Close to the convention I was attending. Two issues though. Firstly there is no manual control on the air conditioner. Centrally controlled by the hotel. Secondly, the shower pressure was low. Minor issues but might be major issues for someone else

Room wasn't ready at 5pm but they got it cleaned pretty quickly and I didn't have to wait long. Everyone was nice and super helpful. When i was checking in, some other guest staying there was berating the girl at the front desk about parking like you really gonna act surprised that downtown of a major city has paid parking, i would have told the guest to st*u but the front desk handled it calmly and professionally so I just wanted to give props for that.
