Niagara Falls Marriott on the Falls

Bed was damaged. shower not working properly. sofa and carpets dirty. no one at receiption at the loby . Compared to the price and advertisement the quality it's not acceptable.

Staff was exceptional and accommodating. This is one of the best hotels for viewing the falls, illumination & the fireworks. Stayed in the Executive Suite king bed with Sleeper sofa. Was on the top floor. . . absolutely fabulous large room with great views. Hotel valet parking staff was tremendous, friendly and professional. Would very highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location was perfect, with breathtaking views of the waterfalls from our room. The room itself was clean, and the maintenance was top-notch. However, the couch wasn't foldable, making it difficult for our family of three adults and two children to stay comfortably. The breakfast buffet was incredible, with a wide variety of delicious food to suit all tastes. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the room service was prompt and efficient. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I ever return to Niagara Falls.

We stayed for three nights and our first night. We noticed spiders in our room, the next morning we had spider bites on us. After complaining, we were moved rooms. We found out after check out that parking is $50 per day and not $50 for the entire stay like we were expecting. The location is great, but we had a bad experience with our room. We were told by a staff member after the fact… that the third and fourth floor have issues with spiders because of the balconies.

At the time of checking in the first clerk did not want to help us because we use tap on my phone for credit cards and one clerk said it was nothing she can do and they did not have tap tap and we said we travel from the US to Canada and another clerk stepped up and helped out and come to find out they did have tap that was the only problem other than that, everything was great they even upgraded our room.

Didn’t have a good experience. Check in is at 4 and we arrived at 4:20, but since they had an “elite” guest, our room was not ready by 4. They had no idea how long it would take either, so they said they would call us to let us know, so we went out for a while. 8:20pm and still no call, so we headed back. Yes our room was ready, they just didn’t let us know like they said they would. On top of it, 1 elevator wasn’t working, every time you wanted to go up or down you would literally have to wait anywhere between 10-20 mins because the other 2 would be so full, you would have to wait for the next one or either the one after that. We were on the 14th floor and our water midshower would continuously go out. Everyone below the 14th floor lost AC for who even knows how long. We didn’t stay long enough to find out. We ended up checking out a day early. The front desk did absolutely nothing to make our stay better. The only thing nice about that place was the view. I do not recommend. Pay a little more and go somewhere else.

Rooms were okay. The door to the bathroom was filthy.

Muy bonito hotel, limpio, personal amable y tiene una excelente vista, al escoger habitación para tener una buena vista tienes que escoger las habitaciones superiores.
