Great, central location. The room was spacious and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. The kitchen is well equipped and we found the room clean.

Booked in June 2025, arrived June 2026 to be told that the payment hadn’t gone through and it happens all the time through Hotels.com/Expedia. I had sent a question in advance of the stay which was never answered. The room itself was nice, the staff were nice, great location, bed was comfy, everything was clean. It was a great hotel, just a shame about them not contacting me about payment or responding to my query.

Wasn't a 1 bedroom apartment it had both beds in the same room but the layout was good and plenty of space for the 4 of us to move around. Added bonus of free croissants in the morning too! Very clean and the receptionist was lovely

Great location next to China Town. There for a week with work. Rooms are a little worn down and couldn’t open window so very stuffy. Had to listen to lift being fixed at 6am two days running.

Big room with a kitchenette and large bathroom - great for an extended stay. Plenty of shops nearby if you're going to cook in the room.

Pictures on Expedia show a room with a view of the city, We booked a family suite and ended up in a top floor room with no views at all. Lifts currently out of action for a few weeks
