I was there for a quick turn around trip. It was a great hotel conveniently located by the airport. The staff was top rate and I really appreciated the breakfast in the am.

WORST RECEPTIONISTS AND HOUSEKEEPERS. Housekeeper forced me to tip her. Manager was very rude. They lock the front doors even during the day and I couldn't get into the hotel. Keys never work. Towels were overused, torn, and pinkish. Area is horrible full of homeless people. I didn't feel safe or clean at this hotel. Find another hotel in a better area. The staff doesn't care for the guests.

Honestly I loved staying here. The family felt
Secure with the parking garage gate.
When it comes to the pool everyone loved how clean it was and staff was informative while they were cleaning it one of the days we were there which was awesome to see!
The whole family loved the continental breakfast and the staff helped my kids several times when they were making pancakes!
All in all highly recommend!

The hotel was very clean and maintained well. The outside was clean and the staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was kept up and did the job. It’s right by the train tracks and airport but there were no noise disturbance from our room. I would definitely stay here again.
