The property is bright, clean, the staff was lovely, and the breakfast was wonderful! The room was big for London, and the air conditioning was a life saver during this historic heat wave. Would stay here again!

From the Doorman to Reception, the Housekeeping, Bar, & Restaurant staff you are made to feel so welcome, nothing is too much trouble and they are all so very friendly and extremely professional. The rooms are delightful, most comfortable beds, fabulous linen and the best shower! Breakfast, snacks and lunch & dinner menus all good and the food top quality, the prices are on par with a high end hotel.
