Older building however amenities were decent. Building was clean and there were plenty of towels and rags provided. The staff was helpful and kind.

Excellent property. Far exceeded my expectations. Staff was amazing. Extremely helpful and courteous. Room was clean and modern Breakfast every morning that included 2 types of eggs , sausage, hash browns, waffles, fruit, coffee, juices, ……and more….excellent. Excellent water pressure in the shower with plenty of hot water I would definitely stay here again

The hotel is near everything. It's located in a nice neighborhood. The employees of this hotel make it great! Everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. For that alone, I would make this my place to stay on all future trips to DC. The room was nicely appointed. The bed was comfortable. And it was very affordable. I cannot believe how great it all was for the price we paid. To the employees, keep up the great work! You are amazing and so kind. I almost forgot, the breakfast was delicious, and there was so much to choose from. There's also coffee, tea, and water available in the lobby.

Room was very clean. Staff was professional and very polite. Breakfast was good. Parking is limited, however there is free street parking next to the hotel, but could be towed if not moved in time.

Booked a double room this year rather than the king size room we booked last year. I recommend the double, over the king. The bathroom was a little bit small, but manageable. Continental breakfast was good, but they ran out of some food on day one so it was limited for the remainder of our stay. Room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. Great location with easy access to the metro and the restaurants.

Clean room, clean bathrooms. The included breakfast was great with a good variety, front desk and breakfast staff were all very friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance to many places that we wanted to see (Museums mainly)... Would recommend

The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. We were able to check in early, which was extremely helpful and convenient. The room was overall clean, but there were a few stains on the carpet, and some things were just outdated. We did not take advantage of the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay.
