The property is exceptionally clean, historical , and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was delicious with excellent high-quality options. It is also ideally located within short walking distance to the main central squares and major tourist sights.Highly recommended.

Staff were overall friendly and helpful. Norbert took time to explain us the history of Hotel Wandl, and this is much appreciated. The cleaning Lady Lily was very client orientated and helpful, did an amazing job cleaning the rooms. Lily was very welcoming and gave us a warm greeting every day she was working, making us feel welcome. At breakfast the gentleman Moses, as well as another very young lady (black hair, slim, with tatoo) were both extremely helpful and hardworking. When they were off we noticed a drop in service levels. It would have been better if breakfast items were replenished. There were multiple occasions were the Chia seed and sliced grapefruits ran out and were not replaced, or replaced in very small quantities. Unfortunately, the WiFi was defective for most of our stay. Our room had no balcony, but was comfortable and clean. The Hotel location was excellent 5 min walk from Stephans Platz.

Location was terrific, easy walk to main sites on inner start. Very clean and classy. Breakfast was standard.

Located perfectly near everything. Parking a bit of an adventure. Otherwise excellent experience.

This property was in a great location. Just a few blocks away from the cathedral, it was accessible but quiet. Very clean and a nice lobby with bar service. Service was personable.

Hotel is ok. The location is good though. Staff members could be a bit friendlier. We had a basic room just for two nights, bed are comfortable but otherwise there isn't much room or any decor in the room. We didn't spend much time in the hotel so the basic room was fine.

Excellent location, staff are so friendly and welcoming which we really appreciated and valued, room was super cosy and warm, lovely decor, breakfast was good. Would highly recommend and stay here again!
