I already wrote about the room that I had. NO WATER IN THE SHOWER. NO HOT WATER IN THE SINK. I REPORTED IN PERSON TO THE FRONT DESK BECAUSE THE PHONE IN THE ROOM DID NOT WORK. NO ONE CAME TO THE ROOM TO REPAIR THE SHOWER AND SINK.!!

The hotel is location is perfect. Walking distance to every show. The rooms are a bit small though. But hey, we were not there to stay in our rooms during the day and at night, we were at the shows. So, it was perfect.

Excellent location, just 2 minutes from Times Square and close to the subway. The bed was comfortable, the shower worked well, and the hotel was clean. I stayed for 3 nights for work, but I would only come back for one night for tourism, not for working. However, the rooms are extremely small, as is the bathroom. There is no proper desk to work at, just a very narrow shelf that barely fits a laptop, and without a nearby outlet, which makes it impractical for business travelers. An important tip: avoid the interior rooms. There is a very noisy industrial air conditioning unit from the neighboring building, and the noise makes it difficult to get a good night’s rest.
