HOTEL EXCELSIOR BARI – BY FARACE HOTELS

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

Clean room, good breakfast, staff were amazing and very accessible as it is near the train and bus station.

The shower fixture in room 246 needs repair or replacement. The dinner (salmon) was tasty but incredibly small portion.

This hotel is next to train station. To get to old town and shopping area you have to go under the tracks via a walkway. There are a lot of questionable characters around so it didn’t feel all that safe especially at night. It’s a good overall hotel other than location. Food was good. Free coffee at the lobby. No lotion no tissue in the room. You have to pay 5 euro deposit for a second key to the room. They reimburse at check out but never had to do this before!?

Nothing special. Just enjoyable enough stay.

Hotel was outdated, old building, rooms quite spacious buf a bit dated. Rooms are clean enough. Location was superb, right next to lidl and 5 minutes away from central station and terminal bus.

The room was basic and clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. The reception staff were indifferent at best and somewhat rude. I don’t fully understand why the rooms have a kettle, tea, coffee and sugar but don’t supply milk. I was told by a very rude receptionist if I wanted milk I could go to the bar. Luckily there is a Lidl’s next door where you can buy milk and put it in the fridge in the room where they keep the bottles of water you can buy. There are a few staff members who are charming and friendly but overall I can honestly say after many years of travelling throughout Italy this is the most unfriendly hotel we have ever stayed in. To the very few members of staff who always said good morning and good evening…thank you to all three of you.
