The staff were very friendly and the hotel was well priced. The WiFi was very weak in my room but was strong around the pool area and restaurant

Second stay at Blue Lagoon, staff lovely, cleaning ladies never stop, towels changed every day , decor a little tired in my room but furniture looked new! Made improvements since last year now have kettle in room, and tea & coffee and a bottle of water in room on arrival !! Pool area lovely & clean and pool itself beautiful. Keep up the good work George 😊😊

Htoel located very well place. Everything was good except Internet problem. For find wifi you have to go Restaurant or pool area. All other things were great.

Their room was stinky and hot. The noise of flashing above floor toilets was heard in our room as well as loud noise of running water in pipes. Worst than that, In the heat of August, they disconnect the electricity while you are exiting the room. therefore you would enter a damped hot room! Breakfast choices were the same every day. the staff and management were rude and money greedy. first thing in the morning they call all the rooms that I booked, waking everyone up demanding more money! when we checked in, they gave one of the rooms larger than what was in the reservation on their own arrangement( we didn't ask for it) then they demanded the price difference. even this wasn't in our control, I paid them all to finish up any trouble. when we were checking out, they demand more money. when we asked for a reason, they gave us nonsense and threatening to call the police!! we tolerated all thier hotels issues and at last, they overcharged us and didn't provide us with a receipt.

The pool was amazing we liked it and breakfast was good not alot of options but was enough.. Staff are helpful and friendly
