The staff in Reception and at the breakfast buffet were outstanding. Very friendly and efficient. The food at the buffet was very good and had a huge selection. The spa was a disappointment. It was not clean and I was charged double the price for the service I requested, and did not even receive all that the service was supposed to have included.

A beautiful hotel in a lovely location, the staff stood out for us, kind and thoughtful. The management team was missing throughout our 4 day stay not 1 manager greeted us or checked in on our stay, luckily the junior team made up for this. Wonderful breakfast presentation and rooms are very clean!

The staff was extremely accommodating for myself and my friend who got in late in the evening. The room was great - I only wish we’d stayed longer.

Beautiful property and fun water park. Spacious rooms, nicely decorated and very clean. Friendly, professional staff with smiling faces. I caught a beautiful sunset at the pier!
