My stay has been excellent. The staff members were friendly, great sea view, and it is very close to everything. Then again, Mondello is not very big. The room is lacking amenities though. For example, there is no hot water kettle in the room. But overall, I think this hotel still gives a good value for money.

The Expedia information stated that this property had airport shuttle and a restaurant. No airport shuttle and the restaurant was closed in November.

I did not like anything about this property. The carpet was dirty, the king size bed was made up of two single beds and it was uncomfortable, the shower was too small, and the toilet paper did not have a place to be hung.
I think you should refund my money.

Hotel was clean. Staff could be little friendlier. Need more tour and local information in lobby. Would have been nice to have someone that could help tourist.

Rooms old & noisy. Beds hard & pillows thin. Breakfast poor & opted to go elsewhere & pay.
