The room decent size. Clean. Air conditioner was working well. The area out the hotel is sketch though. But if you are looking for convenience in the morning to get to the airport, it’s 2 blocks away from Roma Termini. You will be at the airport in 40min.

My only issue with this property was the lack of communication before arrival. The instructions state I was supposed to receive instructions 72 hours ahead of arrival, and I never heard from the property. I just showed up, and hoped someone was at the desk. Once there the property was fine, but it was stressful to not know when/how to arrive.

Pros clean, helpful staff, always so friendly, air conditioning worked, hot shower with enough water pressure, comfortable enough bed. Cons smallish room, limited space.even to unpack, small TV maybe 15 inch, limited channels, limited accessories like ironing table etc. None of the cons were terrible. Summary good. Room had all the necessities and we well taken care of. I would stay here again. Forgot to mention excellent location!

Great location- close to the train station and restaurants. We arrived before the check in time, but the staff was very helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage so we could enjoy Rome. The breakfast was very nice.

Property was clean and well maintained, though somewhat dated in decor. Staff was kind and helpful, even opening up breakfast early for me so I could eat before my morning train. Property is close to train station and walkable to many sites in Rome.

staff were very kind and helpful. Good breakfast. Very Convenient to station and underground.
Our room was a bit noisy from outside and other rooms.
The shower is very small.

නියමයි Our stay was great! Very friendly staff. Our room was updated and very clean. Breakfast was good too. Boiled eggs, ham cheese, bread rolls , toast, cereal, several pastries to choose from. Automatic coffee machine with choice of drinks ( my favorite) , orange and pineapple juice.The location is perfect . Just a short walk from Termini train station. There can be a bit noise from the street, but that’s to be expected in the city.

Incredibly helpful staff, good breakfast and larger-than-typical room -- plus a lift! For a budget-friendly room you can't do better. It's not posh but its clean and convenient, and we would definitely stay here again.
