The hotel is in a great location, near Paragon and ION shopping centers, so it’s convenient to shop and dine. You can choose to add daily breakfast to the stay. Breakfast is good and has a variety to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, the facility is a bit outdated. The toilet didn’t flush well; the air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted to set temperature; faulty switch to the vanity light. They did come to try to fix the toilet but the issue remained. I suspect it’s the water pressure of the hotel. Overall, it’s a decent hotel with some flaws.

The staff were so sweet and gave great recommendations. The dinning room was gorgeous and the food was amazing. The pool was a fun little escape from the heat. And the complementary razor and tooth brush were a life saver. Would go back here in a heart beat!

The customer service we experienced during our stay was amazing.
The only negative would be that our bathroom was pretty run down and the aircon was a bit strong even though we tried to adjust it. The bathroom appeared to have some mould that looked like being masked and the basin was very flimsy.
The bedrooms were comfortable and so were the beds( apart from the aircon blowing at our faces making it unpleasant).

නියමයි MAHEN was very nice and welcoming. Our 2 kids were constantly fighting over everything and we as parents were getting quite embarassed in the hotel while we waited to check in. Mahen kept them company and offered each a treat. He totally saved our day! He also gave us wonderful suggestions on where to go to grab some local food.
The hotel itself is a bit dated but the rooms were quite spacious. No weird smells and beds were clean. Price was also reasonable compared to other hotels in the area.
On our day of departure, Mahen helped us arrange for a ride to our next hotel. We travelled in a group of 7 so every time we went out, we needed to grab 2 taxis or 2 Grabs. Our overall experience at Vibe was pleasant!
