Very nice hotel. Staff helpful. Great location, quiet, close walking distance to Stare Miasto and train station. Very good breakfast. Rooms are lovely but my only (minor) complaint is lack of place to unpack/put clothes away. There were no drawers and no place to put personal toiletries in the bathroom. There are only a couple of shelves low to the ground in a cupboard outside the bathroom. The hotel website is not entirely up to date. They no longer rent bicycles.

The hotel was everything I needed. The staff was more than helpful. I arrive not feeling well and with some discomfort and they were so helpful to get me a room immediately and suggest where to go to get medication. I also used the sauna room which helped with my back problems and they were constantly assisting me with any questions I had. Great front desk. The gentlemen were exceptional!!!! Thank you again!

Vienna House by Wyndham is our go-to hotel in Krakow. The staff is helpful and friendly, the restaurant is well-supplied, and you can't beat the location next to Kraków Główny railroad hub.
