All in all, our stay was quite wonderful! The wifi was at times a bit spotty, and the shower a bit small, but the room and bathroom were clean and had all the necessary amenities, the breakfast was a lovely spread, the location was safe and amazing (just a very short walk from Roma Termini station and walking distance to many major sites), and the staff was such a pleasure - we were always greeted with warmth and a kind smile. This made a huge difference to my mom and I especially because we came from a hotel in Milan where we found the staff quite cold and inhospitable. We would definitely recommend!

Great hotel right next to the train station which made travel easy. Easy check in and check out, comfortable bed and everything was clean and as pictured. Rooms are small but for just two people it was perfect. I would recommend.

Excellent location near Termini station. A very vintage classy feel to the place. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good breakfast buffet. Spacious room and bathroom but the shower fixtures needed some repair and updating.

Great location and the room was pretty decent sized. Easy to get to most of the attractions within a 20-30min walk. Most Importantly, Rome termini station is just 3min away walking. The front desk staff was not very friendly. With an establishment like this, he should have atleast had a smile on his face when greeting guests, it really does set the pace for the guest. He was cold and almost made me feel like I shouldn’t have been booking this place. Basic etiquette skills should be taught to all front desk staff, irrelevant of how long their tenure has been with the place. Cleaning staff was excellent
