The staff were friendly, the TV had youtube so i was able to watch content I like. The volume button on the TV was very weird Bad design from Samsung. Bed was comfortable, shower is nice. The best thing is you can walk into nu sentral mall or catch any of the trains from KL Sentral.

This hotel was WOW. The rooms, the pool, the gym, the staff….and the breakfast buffet was mind blowing! The location was incredible for us as we were catching the train from KL sentral, but if you want to be closer to KL CBD you need to catch trains or grab. Highly highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The rooftop bar and swimming pool was amazing as was the view from our room! The sumptuous free breakfast was icing on the cake. Centrally located with connections to subway and train and next to a beautiful mall! I would highly recommend this place! Loved it!!

It was a very good hotel next/connected to a mall and train station. Staff was very good. Loft room we booked was very nice.

I've stayed in other Alofts, and this is much the same: modern, well-maintained and kind of generic. It's attached to KL's central train station and a shopping mall, so the location couldn't be much more convenient. The breakfast is good, but the dining area is not well-designed, so you have to navigate a zoo-like atmosphere in an oddly designed space to eat in the mornings.
