Clean room, nice staff, great location downtown for us. Walking distance to the Book Loft and German village. You unforrunately hear sirens and loud vehicles during the night. We were on the 6th floor we ate breakfast at the restaurant and it was good and reasonably priced. Free coffee is offered in the lobby but no flavored creamers.

Neither television in our suite worked until we finally had to unplug everything reboot plug back in and then the remote did not work. When we called we were advised to unplug and plug in. Called ahead of time to see if we could see fireworks from room and were told yes. The only view we had was of a bunch of brick. Definitely not worth what was paid but luckily the live my wife and I share made our eve inf much mire bearable.

The hotel was nice enough, but seemed in need of an update. It was unfortunate that one of the two elevators was out of order, leading to long waits getting to and from rooms.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful! They accommodated our request for an early check-in which was extremely helpful. The AC units were a bit loud and startling at times. There was also a little hair and toilet paper in our toilet upon arrival so unsure of what that was! Everything else was clean.
