Staff were friendly and accomodating - and i should leave it at that, but can’t. This place is horrible dirty. Your image in the mirror with hazy from water stains. Showers are clogged with grime and drip at best. Beds are made with patches of bedsheets - but the friendly staff will get you to the airport in time for a good view of Lombok from a window seat

The hotel was nice and the room was pleasant. However, please be careful with who you hand the deposit money over to. We handed the deposit to one of the hotel workers in front of two other workers, when we went to check out the hotel said the deposit wasn’t put on the system (even though it’s a requirement to pay before getting the room key) and refused to give us the money back at the end of our stay. This is ashame because we had a pleasant 2 day stay and it brought the whole hotel experience down.

Overall clean but bathroom was very dirty and smelly. Overall building needs repair. There were bugs in the room and on the bed. Staff was very friendly and nice that’s the only good thing about the hotel.
