Amazing, comforting and cozy hotel. Interior was very artistic and the staff were so helpful and polite. Very welcoming thank you. Me and my gf came for her birthday and were blown away. Reviews don’t do here justice enough. Truly beautiful

Great stay, super central location and a totally slick operation.

The reception when we arrived at The Londoner was amazing, and the hotel is well placed for central London touring - we couldn't have asked for better convenience. The Londoner is enticingly decorated and we loved our rooms and furnishings, including the shower and bidet. We loved all of the decor. As for the staff: The housekeeping staff were impeccable - not a single complaint. In-room dining staff were incredibly pleasant and warm. The pool staff was so helpful. The rooftop lounge staff were great and accommodating, and we had a lot of fun visiting the rooftop for late night drinks and snacks. The amenities were wonderful. Some constructive comments: staff in the residence lounge were generally not friendly and difficult to find as they were hanging out in the kitchen/back room, except for the one woman who wore a headscarf - she was lovely. We didn't get her name, but she greeted us the next day in the ground floor lounge. The doormen were very cheerful and helpful; however, we encountered one man when we returned late at night who looked us up and down and asked if we were staying in the hotel, while keeping the door closed. That was not welcoming. We were not impressed with the food at Whitcomb's - my mother had a steak at lunch that was twice the price at dinner - and burned - and she was also instructed by the server to leave an additional tip, the Caesar salad was very overdressed and ended up limp and swimming in dressing, and offerings were limited. Check in was a bit slow but they gave us amazing service drink passes for the weekend and we sat on the second floor waiting for our room for snacks and all you can drink pass.

By far one of our best stays in the capital and we’ve stayed in many fantastic hotels there. The room, the staff, the food, the facilities were all perfect. The only downside was the pool wasn’t open which was a reason why I had originally booked the hotel but understood the situation as to why it wasn’t.

Nice, clean hotel in a great location. The only thing that would improve the rating is better service. Seemed like it was hit or miss.
