Good area . Parking was easy to find . Even had a super soft blanket for the extra person . Owners are super nice and quick to answer text . I would definitely stay here again for my next trip to downtown Miami.

If you want to be in Miami close to all the happening places but also want to avoid the crowds and partying at night to get a peaceful sleep, then this property it is. Located in a residential neighborhood but within minutes of Miami downtown and a short uber/lyft ride to Miami Beach. We wanted exactly this while travelling with a toddler. It had a kitchen where we could cook something quickly if needed. We wanted to avoid staying near the airport and also right on south beach and hence staying here worked perfectly for us.

Compact accommodation for short stay in a good location. The sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable for our children but the bed was really comfortable. Communication with host was excellent and always fast replies
