Professional staff, helped store our luggage and also helped bring it up to our room. Upon check in provided drinks, snacks, amenities and salt candy (to prevent dehydration during the summer really thoughtful). We did not partake in breakfast but it is grab and go sandwich boxes. Close to train station. Rooms are clean and spacious. I was expecting a tiny room but was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely stay here again. I am grateful for the excellent customer service, extra plus that they can understand English. Thank you for the pleasant stay our last few days in Japan!

Very clean, spacious , and friendly staff. Nice bedding , too.. There’s real sushi Bar next door, if you like sushi, must try. I ordered Jo Nigiri(2500yen, about $16) to go. Also a couple convenience store near by and there is Dennys!! Japanese Dennys are good. Reasonable breakfast, pasta hamburger, ramen , tonkatsu etc. I would stay there again!

Small hotel, minimal bells and whistles but clean, friendly and helpful staff, and walkable neighborhood. Room was pretty tiny, but had everything we needed. Cleaning staff super nice. Was able to drop luggage before checking in/left it again after check out. Have some great coffee shops near by. Could walk to main Ginza street within 20 min. Would stay there again for sure!
