The room was very spacious and clean. It was basically an apartment. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fixtures in bathroom needed some repair, specifically flow of water from handheld shower was subpar, overhead shower fine, tape holding the hand Held to the main fixture. Great bed! Location is safe and residential, 10 min walk to subway. I would stay again.

*4/5 stars* Great stay! The hotel exceeded my expectations with its clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the breakfast options – a few more choices would make it perfect. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thanks for a great stay!

We booked a junior suite for myself and my daughter specifically because there was a bedroom and in the living area, a pull out couch. We wanted our separate spaces. When we arrived the pull our couch didn't have any bedding. I went to the front desk to ask for some and was told we couldn't use the pull out couch. We were also not comfortable with the area so we ended up leaving the hotel within the first hour and staying elsewhere. This room was paid in advance so we lost the entire cost for our stay. It is our fault for picking the location but the hotel shouldn't advertise a pull out couch if they won't let you use it. That is on them.

Large shower head in 202 sprayed everywhere. Might want to check it out. Noisy at night and from above rooms. Those were only negatives. Front desk staff were very friendly, helpful, and excellent at their job. Great breakfast for 8 euros. Good air conditioning and comfy beds. Very helpful booking taxi for the airport.
