Free under cover parking was great, while it was a little tight, we greatly appreciated onsite under cover parking. Location is excellent, 30 minutes walk to Auckland Domain for our festival. We could have caught a bus but needed to stretch our legs. Excellent shopping and restaurants were 5 minutes walk in the huge Westfield centre. Service was warm and friendly. The room exceeded expectations, walked in and the balcony door was flooding the room with the warm, fresh autumn air and lots of natural light. Deco isn't modern but it is cosy and welcoming. Large bedroom and bed. Large living room. Clean and tidy bathroom. Bed was super comfy, excellent linen. Lots of cutlery, glasses and crockery supplied.

I was very nervous and didnt sleep as neither door locked. The balcony door had no key and the hall doorway seemed to have no lock? Otherwise the gentleman on reception was incredibly helpful and charming. clean room and great location. Let me keep my car there during the day, so very grateful. Only down side was lack of sleep because of having no key to secure my room from the balcony

Shop near by was the best thing about this property, we didn’t get breakfast, tv didn’t work, dust all over the window ledge …. Paper thin walls
