Very nice hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. & Not a far drive from the beaches.

Refer made a weird noise so Mgr turned it off so some our food spoiled. I should've checked what he did.....my bad.... but fixing it by turning it off was not good customer service. My husband tried to find ice machine but directions from Mgr was so incomplete, he walked all over trying to find it. Thought it an anomoly, until he saw him do the very same thing to another guest, who also got lost until my husband helped him. Everyone uses ice, put it an accessible place that's easy to find with good signage. TV was so old we couldn't cast our own movies on to it from our tablets.

The walls could use Some paint. The carpet should be replaced. But the stay was great. I would recommend my friends and family too stay.

Great budget stay in Monterey. Driveway access is a bit wonky, but people are very helpful, and price was very good.
