This hotel may be our new go-to while in Paris on future trips. It was the most affordable that we could find, at < $200 per night. The price you pay is being a bit outside the city center, but the trains are so efficient that we happily a few extra minutes on the train to get anywhere. We didn't have the breakfast, so cannot speak to that, but the room itself was extremely clean and relatively spacious for our family of 4.

The property is clean and the location is convenient, right opposite Stade de France. However, the breakfast can have more varieties.

The rooms are dated for a 4 star hotel. Most of the appliances are old and there were no dishes provided to use with microwave. The air condition wasn’t working and we had to keep window open. Overall experience was good and it was safe and a nice location. Staff is really helpful and we were given room few hours before our original check in time.

The room was incredibly overheated and even when I set the temperature to the minimum it still blasted out hot air. Only option was to open the window, but it's quite noisy then. The shower had very poor water pressure and did not drain properly. The toilet did not flush properly. The whole property could do with a bit of TLC.
