The building is a skyscraper with incredible views. But, the it is crowded and not well kept (waits for elevator, pool not inluded, lobby inexistent), and apartment was somehow empty (only one towel per pax, little furniture) and not perfectly clean as expected. Also, it took us a while to check in as there is no reception or instructions. The views are amazing and the price was good, so the overall experience was ok.

I wasn’t expecting the Ritz given the price but the cockroaches were a bit much as was the black mould on the bathroom ceiling. When I woke in the morning and went into the bathroom the cockroaches scattered. They were crawling over the toilet paper and my toothbrush. It was disgusting. I asked for a refund but hotels.com said they could do nothing.
