Studio 6 Extended Stay - San Antonio, TX - Medical Center

ROOM WAS FILTHY SMELLED REALLY BAD , SHOWER WAS HORRIBLY LOOK DIRTY , AC NOT WORKING, WHEN WE CAME BACK AT NOGHT TO SLEEP . THE WORSE WHEN TURNED ON THE LIGHTS WE SAW SMALL COCKAROACHES , ON THE CORNER OF THE ROOM, ANOTHER ONE ON THE LITTEL NIGHT STAND WHERE THE NIGHT LAMP IS. WE HAD TO SLEEP WITH THE LIGHTS ONE , AT THAT POINT I CPULDNT FIND ANOTHER ROOM , I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE A REFUND

We canceled our stay. The room smelled like roaches and it had small roaches roaming around the floor. Very nasty

I didn't have hot water the whole stay. I was too busy worrying about my loved one at the hospital near by. The air con was ok only it felt a little humid. Did not use kitchen or anything. The pillows were horrible, blankets were horrible and didn't feel clean. Staff was friendly . Check in times are ridiculous 3 pm ?

Over all great service and clean

Our stay was extremely disappointing. There were cockroaches throughout the property, the air conditioner was leaking, the refrigerator was making loud noises the entire time, and the stove wasn't working. Even the "fresh" towels we received from the office were dirty. The biggest concern, however, was safety. Around 3:00 a.m., people were arguing loudly right outside our door, followed by gunshots. We also noticed that a car parked across from ours had multiple bullet holes. We felt genuinely unsafe and decided to leave two days before our scheduled checkout. Overall, our experience was terrible, and we would not recommend staying here.

Pictures didn’t match the room

The room didn’t match the pictures. We were planning on using the kitchenette but the burners wouldn’t work. House keeping came in the room without knocking and tried to tell my son we had to hurry up and check out. There was well over a half hour before we had to check out.

Had to change rooms multiple times. We tried to make it work. First room had a strong odor of mold, second room was covered in water from the ac, third room the lights didn't work. She kept offering us room to switch to but it felt like they were getting worse and worse. We had to leave and ended up finding another hotel.

Nothing is as advertised.
