While the front desk and staff were friendly and welcoming, the overall property needs significant improvement. Trash bins throughout the property were overflowing, which gave a poor first impression. The environment also felt a bit sketchy, with some questionable individuals around the premises. The room itself was surprisingly clean, but the bedding appeared to be washed in-house and had visible stains, which was concerning. The pool area was in very poor condition—the jacuzzi in particular looked neglected and uninviting. Additionally, the elevator needs serious repairs, especially for older guests who may have difficulty reaching rooms on higher floors like the third floor.” “I should have read the reviews beforehand—that’s on me. Overall, despite the issues, it was quiet at night and I was able to sleep well.”
