Staff was friendly. Beds were configured, bathroom was a bit run down, tea cups were dirty. It was ok for a single night stay.

Room not cleaned properly - dirty cups/mugs, dirty napkins in bedside draws. Room was cold due to gaps in windows and doors frames. Bed and pillows unsatisfactory and not maintained to a reasonable standard. Facilities fire alarm went off at 6am - no communication from staff regarding reasons for alarm or apologies. For $500 per night it was very disappointing and will not be returning.
