This hotel was a pleasant surprise. When I booked it was last minute and I was not expecting much. However this hotel went far above and beyond my expectations. The location is clutch and the staff was extremely helpful. It’s not the ritz Carlton but I didn’t need it to be.

Room was super clean & big. Had a great view of the Nile. Since our flight leaves later at night, we asked if we could have a late check out. They were fully booked but accommodated our request. My husband came down with a bad cough and we just needed a place to rest. I’m so appreciative to the manager that made this happen.

නියමයි Balcony overlooked Nile. Best coffee I had in 5 weeks in Egypt, thank you Zoza. Easy walk to market, lots of tour options. Must see Nubian village, all within easy reach from hotel.

They upgraded our room and let us check in early upon arrival. Extremely friendly staff and great room service. Would stay again!

The carpet in the room was stained and dirty. The shower door was broken and the water coming out of the shower head sprayed almost every which way but down.

Great place The only issues I had was the Jim was never open. And I was told the pool closed at 9 PM when I went there at 7:30 they had closed it for cleaning.
