Un accueil correct mais peu de contact dans l’ensemble avec le personnel. Chambre très simple peu de confort de literie mais salle de bain correcte. Drap avec des taches propres.
Normalement petit déjeuner continental prévu dans le tarif mais absent à notre réveil.

マネージャーは良い人です。ただ、写真にあるようなマウンテンビューの部屋ではなかったので残念でした。その代わりに、このホテルでバイクを借りることができました。料金はそんなに高くなかったです。今回の旅ではたくさんの思い出ができましたが、サパの町をバイクで走り回ることは最高でした！

සාමාන්යයට වඩා අඩු The hotel was very noisy and had a damp smell. They give you a key so you can lock your room but they still went into my room and went through my stuff and stole my money so I don't recommend this place to anyone unless you want your stuff stolen.

Luckily we only booked for one night here. We booked and paid for a room with a mountain view but when we arrived we were given a room with NO window, which was damp and smelly. When we complained to the manager he said it was not his problem and refused to move us. He was rude and dismissive. Because it was so late we had no choice but to stay. We even found a cockroach in the room. The bed was hard and there was no breakfast provided. There were two cats tied up in the lobby which cried most of the night. On the positive side there was hot water. I would only stay here if you are desperate and there is nowhere else.

The hotel is run by the family. The views are spectacular. Front rooms are noisy. We had to move to the back room after having paid extra for the view. Bed was hard as a board. Rooms are spacious. The son was friendly but didn't speak English.The father was the only one who spoke English.
