This place is a dump. The room we were shown had brown paper taped up over the windows under the curtains. Loud construction was ongoing. We did not stay. Definitely NOT a 3.5 star motel.

This is a basic, budget hotel/motel, looks a bit rough from the outside. Rooms are very basic and spartan, but positives were - good and working TV - ironing board and hangers - comfortable bed - decent shower It's pricy for what you get, but a good deal cheaper than other more upmarket properties nearby.

Property is under construction, room was full of dust, no mirror, hair dryer or ironing board. Curtain was a plastic bag! The property really shouldn’t be open when the rooms are in this condition, there was hair all over the bathroom.

A roomy clean room. Was quiet. Walking distance of Venice Beach and Marina Del Rey if you don't mind walking a mile. Good food at the brewery and a Mediterranean re restaurant.
