Non-smomikg room turned out to be smoking room with an ashtray on the table. No enough practical plugs for electronics. Very poor breakfast. Wonderful staff.

The hotel staff is extremely nice and helpful. The room is tidy and comfortable. Location super convenient. Parking available. Overall, a solid 3-star hotel.

The staff is exceptional, very friendly and willing to help. Simple but good breakfast. Underground parking was safe. On the bad side noisy- as can be expected in the town centre. The cigarette-like smell in the room. Overall, good quality/price ratio.

This is a great place. It is centrally located. It is clean. Staff is friendly. And there’s underground parking as well. The rooms are comfortable and tidy. My only issue is that it was a little bit noisy in one night … then again, it was the Olympics in Türkiye was playing that evening. So no harm no foul. Breakfast was simple, but good. The dining room was spacious with lots of room. Food was fresh and well presented. I would definitely return.

Excellent customer service. I was very happy with the hotel in terms of cleanliness, service, politeness of the staff and breakfast. Overall, it was a great experience.
