Excellent location, close to everything and the beach, staff were very helpful and we would recommend the washing/laundry service very highly.

욕실에서 샤워를 하면 물바다가 되는거 말고는 만족합니다. 스태프 모두 친절합니다.

Clean room and friendly staff

The room was nice and had everything we needed. The hotel was centrally located to lots of restaurants and shops. But what really made it stand out was the staff was so friendly. We arrived a little early after traveling all day and our 7 month old baby was exhausted. They were able to find a room that we could check in early so he could sleep comfortably. Thank you to the staff at Le Cham

Clean room. Room is smaller than I expected. Bathroom is clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Location is a walking distance to the beach and nearby restaurants and markets. Good breakfast and excellent staff - friendly, courteous, always go out of their ways to help. Gym is in good condition with big speakers installed for music.

It’s time for an honest and candid review about Le’s Cham hotel in Nha Trang. I booked this hotel on the strength of the reviews and the many claims on their website. These need correction and clarification. The hotel is situated quite far from the beach. It is lodged within the busy downtown. You will know this by the incessant noise you will hear of honking cars and revving scooters and some very loud dogs that live across the street and bark like wailing demons around the clock. It is very unpleasant. Le’s Cham Hotel is at war with its clients. It makes all attempts to cut corners with services and goods. The soap in the room is a bar about the size of your thumb. You pay for water. You are told to ration water and turn down the AC. More importantly you will receive a breakfast fit for animals. It is oily substandard rejects that are served in the buffet. And the buffet closes early at whim and they run out of food and don’t replace it. I couldn’t get a veggie omelette at 9:15 am because they both ran out and were closing. The staff were uncaring, unfriendly and under resourced. They couldn’t even give me coffee or tea. The breakfast is also a zoo. They have screaming kids and zombie cattle clients everywhere (see the pics). They are far beyond comfortable capacity and I tried to leave without eating on day 2, but I couldn’t because the 2 elevators were full for 30 minutes. Le’s Cham doesn’t have a service elevator so they send their cleaning staff up and down

시내 위치 정말 좋았고 롯데마트 미리 배송한거랑 사설 빨래 픽업 맡길때 친절하게 다 받아줘서 넘 좋았어요

Spa is very good as well as pool in front of spa. of course staff in there are very kind. considering stay in here again at next time.

Rooms super clean? Lobby smells really good and they have some refreshing drinks at the lobby too. Highly recommend
