Quality Inn Near Pimlico Racetrack

The poor property condition shows a total lack of maintenance, The curtain rod was falling off the wall, there were no clothes hangers in the closet, there was no tv remote to be found, and the towels were rougher than coarse sandpaper. The neighborhood is very sketchy, filled with people who looked vagrants, drug addicts and prostitutes. The free breakfast was so bad that you would have had to pay me to eat it. I expected a great deal more for the $120/night rate. I’ve stayed at much better motels for lesss than half that price. Never again.

The room was horrible a/c unit missing the knob and was very dirty floor was horrible bathroom was dirty and tub that was the nastiest place I have ever stayed at ….will not stay there again!!!!!!

This is the dirtiest, smelliest and unsafe hotels I’ve ever seen. DO NOT STAY HERE EVER!!!!

We paid for breakfast and there was only coffee and donuts. Also during the night people were screaming and arguing in the aisle. No hairdryer and iron on a bad shape.

There were a host of people living at the property. Maintenance staff were not dressed in uniform, making it super uncomfortable when our keys did not work; Staff who had a master key seemed to be waiting in the hallway near our room door, saw our struggle to gain access to our room, opened our room door advising that he would let us in later should the keys still not work. Many of the guests constantly stared at us and our vehicle as if they were watching our every move and we felt out of place. There were a host of other things that I could tolerate, but ultimately, we did not feel comfortable overall. We paid to stay two days, but went to a more suitable hotel the second day for peace of mind. I did like the bathroom and staff were polite and helpful.

The hotel needs a deep cleaning. My bed had stains the floors needed to be mopped and swept the remote for the tv didn’t work.
