I was traveling with two teenagers. What I love most about this hotel is that the hotel room is nice and clean and both my kids can sleep comfortably, one in a single bed and one in a sofa bed. The breakfast is free for kids under 18. Also the location is fantastic if you come for the Biennale. It’s one stop from the Giardini location if you take the boat, and 10-15 minutes if you like to go there on foot. The nearest water bus station is 4 minutes away by walking.

I booked and paid in full for a stay at Hotel Indigo in Venice. Unfortunately I developed a medical disability which precluded my trip. They have a ZERO refund policy, even when requested well in advance of my arrival date. For an international chain - I find this unacceptable.

Breakfast had a fairly good choice,rooms were clean but a little small.We booked premier with king bed which was fairly comfortable. Staff were mostly very polite and helpful.

The location is great - in a nice peaceful neighborhood away from the crowds. The vaporetto is very convenient. The room was good and the public areas are nicely decorated. The breakfast was plentiful but not good quality. I'd rather have reduced choice. The orange juice tasted like cordial / squash!
