The staff was helpful from check in to check out. The pool area was awesome with sauna steam room hot tub and upstairs full gym. The breakfast was amazing too. Also full bar and restaurant with room services. There is a bus stop right at hotel also. Would recommend to everyone to stay here.

It was a very busy weekend there was a Metallica concert on . But when I and the other fans turned up at 3 o clock we were all told to wait in the bar because our rooms were not ready. I must add we were given a free drink but we all had to wait close to 2 hours to get in to our rooms. When I approached the desk 1 hours and 45 minutes after arriving I witnessed a couple who were given a room that already had people in it. I understand that things were busy and I really don’t know what was going on behind the screams maybe there was a shortage of cleaners but it all seemed a bit of a shambles to me.

Check in took ages!! Huge queue and only one person on reception. Bar very good. Lots to choose at breakfast i would recommend

We stayed as a family of three so we needed the pull out bed. It wasn’t made up when we arrived but it was quickly remedied. However, the mattress on the sofa bed was so thin you couldn’t sleep on it. Parking is plentiful but the car park area is dirty and in need of attention. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful but one in particular was very loud and over familiar.

I booked one room online but the app crashed before I could confirm it so I booked it again. I was told I booked two rooms ??????? I told the receptionist to cancel it ! He told me to go online to cancel it then I went online to do so but it was directed me back to the hotel ?????? What is going on ????????

Staff, amenities and general cleanliness were amazing. Only thing stopping 5 star reviews were some maintenance issues that could be easily sorted, new silicone, loose door hinges etc. Overall a great stay, my partner noticed no issues and was very happy, I would say that I noticed them being in a building trade and that the average customer would not.
