BESPOKE HOTEL Shinjuku

This hotel is super busy and I can see why. The location is the best near Korea town and Shinjuko, the extras was an added treat like free happy hour and all the shower/bath goodies such as pajamas and toothbrush, comb, etc! We really appreciated the helpfulness of the staff especially. Room was very comfortable and quiet! We will book this hotel again when we can.

The Laundry machines are only thing that was poor. The dry function is great and had to run multiple cycles.

We had a wonderful stay at Bespoke Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it a great place to relax after a busy day exploring the city. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was convenient for getting around Tokyo. The hotel offered excellent value for the price, and we would gladly stay here again on a future visit. The evening Happy Hour was nice

Very friendly hotel about a 10 minute walk from one of the smaller train stations in shinjuku. Free smaller breakfast, rooms were clean and dark. Very friendly area for English speaking travelers, would recommend.

The location was super convenient, the hotel was super clean and we loved the light morning breakfast.

Staff was amazingly helpful and polite. Rooms were clean. Continental breakfast every morning was perfect to start our day. Fresh drinking water in our room everyday as well as at the front desk when wanted. Along with fresh towels. These were perfect for those humid days out and about. Free Happy Hour session everyday was outstanding with a beautiful lounge to unwind and relax with a drink and talk about the days activities and plan for the next. A couple of blocks away from Shinjuku crossing and the whole area. Easily walkable about 5 minutes. Convenience stores well within walking distance of the late night eats. They also provide umbrellas as you walk out for those rainy days. Several train station entrances within a short walk. Overall wonderful experience and comfortable accommodations. I would definitely be staying again.

Modern, clean hotel close to metro stations and lots of food and shopping options. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is compact but has comfortable beds. I would stay here again. Breakfast and happy hour is a plus!

Great hotel to stay in Tokyo. The staff were so helpful. The free drinks that they do in the evening was a great touch!!. I didn’t realise how small our room would be, but it is Tokyo and you don’t spend much time in there if you are out most of the day. If you want bigger, then I recommend getting the rooms with 3 beds. Overall, a perfect hotel.

Wonderful staff and very accommodating. Luggage storage was free which helped us out tremendously when we had to burn time before our flight.
