තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

客室冷蔵庫が少し小さいくて、お土産を冷蔵するのに困った‼️ フロントで預かって欲しかったけど一度敬遠されたので、頼みづらくなってやめた。 もう少し冷蔵庫の大きさを把握してくれれば気持ちよく頼れたのにと思う。 このホテルを使う時は、冷蔵庫は飲み物程度だけだと知っておこう。 他のホテルでは、ほとんど断られたことがなかった。 まして、一度入れてみてダメだったらとも言われたことが無かった。 ホテルサービスとは、壁に書いてあるサービスも大切だけど、はやり対面の思いやりが1番大切かと思います。日本人が日本のホテルを利用してるのだから、言葉の壁もなく伝わると思います。

I forgot my medication after check out. The staff was more the happy to help me locate it and they made sure I got it back. Great staff, location, and rooms. The beds were super comfortable and spacious as well!

My family and I had a wonderful short stay at this hotel! The room was clean, had a great view, a good amount of space and the ac got the room very cold. Convenience stores were very close, parking was a reasonable price and the staff were so friendly and helpful! They even had a stroller for us to use for free which came in handy when we went to the aquarium. The location also happened to be right near our car rental location which was a bonus! Would definitely come stay here again.

Quick self service check in. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good and walking distance to the shopping district and tourist attractions.

Room wasn’t spotless, lots of random stains and looked like someone had exploded a tomato all over the walls lol But beds and bathroom were clean and staff was nice. Room was minuscule but thats Japan

숙소는 공간은 일본 스타일처럼 작았지만 깨끗하게 유지됨. 바다 view가 매우 훌륭함. 주변에 편의점, 맛집이 많은 번화가임. 처음에는 교통이 번잡하다고 느꼈지만 2일차부터는 편했음. 다시 방문 의지 있음. Very Good !!

Hotel is located about 15 min walking distance from the main street, food location, ferry terminal. Our room was premium so it was larger than usual with more space but rugs and couch were stained, no coffee or tea at the room. Cleaning room is over 3 nights stay but they provide clean towels whenever you need them. Staff ifs friendly but you have to ask for everything . Hotel provides free shuttle to the airport but you have to let front desk know about this ahead and it’s still not guaranteed, we were lucky. There is no stair evacuation access open , it’s locked! Sometimes you have to wait longer for an elevator. Overall good stay.

I had booked a room with a sea view, and technically that is what they gave us. The view was lacklustre. Though that wasn’t the worst of it. The room provided was extremely humid and smelled terribly of a musty odour. We thought we could deal with so decided to not complain. Throughout our stay the first night, we kept finding issues. The sheets were moist, and ripped with holes in many places. Only one pillow provided. Dehumidifier not working. Stains on our towels. But the worst was mould in the washroom, on the exhaust fan. The next day we decided to say something and asked for a refund. The staff denied it. However, they did work with us to relocate us to another room. We were moved to a lower floor and lost our sea view. However, this room was much better on all fronts and didn’t smell of mould. The did not do anything else to make up for the horrible night we spent in the first night. Overall though, I’d avoid staying at this hotel. The breakfast was sub par and the food was not good. I got her chicken the first night and it was under cooked. I couldn’t even eat a single bite and had to spit it out. There is great potential for this hotel though. They need to improve on all fronts stated in this review.
