Breakfast is not included, they will surprise you by asking you if you want to pay for breakfast. Don't do it, their breakfast is a joke, a very tiny small section, no options, no quality. On top of paying extra for a useless breakfast, they will charge you 80 PLN/day for parking, which they advertise as available but they hide the fact that you have to pay extra for it. Save your money and book at a hotel that values it's customers and have included breakfast and parking. They make it look like their prices are competitive but when facture in the extra costs, this hotel is mediocre. it is a one star hotel at the most but tries to charge as much as a 4 star hotel. The staff are rude and non customer service oriented. No matter what issues you have they act like you are talking to a wall, and stick to their stupid non sense rules and hidden fees.

The Ibis Budget Warsaw Centre is a good option for a short, budget-friendly stay. The hotel is very simple but clean and offers good value for money. A nice bonus is the pleasant restaurant located in the neighboring Ibis Styles hotel, which is a convenient place to enjoy dinner or drinks. Overall, a practical choice for travelers looking for affordable accommodation in Warsaw.

Helpful staff! Clean rooms, close to transportation. This is a great value for a short stay.

The staff and the breakfast was ok, but the room was too cold, and the heating wasn't working. All elevators and hallways were cold as well. The temperature in the room was about 17-18 C.

Cosy, clean, well appointed rooms. Really helpful staff, cleaning crew were so friendly and kind, asking if I needed anything else etc. Do yourself a favour and sign up for their breakfast buffet with your room - it’s more than worth it. Delicious food in a really nice space. And the location is fantastic. Close to old town and a short ride to the main train station.
