Very dated, bathroom had black mould on the tiles. Toilet was so close to wall, you didn't have much room. Toilet seet hit the flush every time it was open. When using the shower over the bath, the bath tap wouldn't turn off. Bed was a good size, but sheets did not seem fresh, they were creased as though they had been used. Many beasties on the window sill, I supposed can't be helped when window is open. Floor not that clean. Overall, wouldn't go back

5* Luxury from the moment you walk in. Great selection of restaurants and the pub next door is fantastic. The leisure suite is the best I’ve visited with a poor, sauna and steam. The gym is state of art. Surrounding area offers great walks and wildlife. Reception first class and the massage was amazing. Bargain find.

Friendly and informative staff on arrival. Basic but services close and easy to use as links to other parts of Southampton

නියමයි Clean & comfortable room. Bathroom was fine, had bit of trouble with the shower. Right next to services so plenty of food choices. Good location outside the city centre. Park & ride 5 minutes away for concerts at Southampton football stadium.
Check in bit late at 3pm.
Top Tip: DO NOT put hotel postcode in sat nav, takes you somewhere else 10 minutes away! Put Rownham Services M27 West instead.
