Only stayed for one night, but found the room to be clean, amenities good, and the staff to be polite and helpful. One of the biggest bonuses of this hotel is its close proximity to the Festival City Mall, which has a good range of shops. Other than that, not much going on in the area.

We absolutely love this hotel and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We cannot wait to stay again this year for 2026. If you love Christmas you will love spending it in Dubai as it’s the most Christmassy destination we have ever been.

Loved the hotel - great location for a conference and right next to a big shopping mall with some great restaurants. Room was spotless as was the whole hotel and bed was super comfortable. Staff were great and top level service and a great Belgian bar for food and a few beers.

Room was dirty on arrival with stains on sofa and hairs in the bathtub. The staff were very apologetic and moved our room but really this shouldn’t have happened.
