Our overall stay was ok. Very close to the lake front and town center. The bed was sagging and the heat pump outside the room was noisy. Also it played up, and the pump was on and off overnight with blinking lights indicating that something was wrong. On the brighter side, the receptionist was very helpful and accommodating upon checking in.

Loved our stay. Staff member at check in was great, friendly and helpful. Cleaners do an amazing job and the rooms are so spacious. I will absolutely be staying again if we find ourselves back in Taupo.

The room was very roomy and well presented, with a large bathroom, everything was very clean we had a balcony with a view of the lake which was amazing, the restaurant and bar was good to we had some bar snacks and a couple of drinks and went back for breakfast, the staff at reception were very helpful and friendly and so was the restaurant staff. we will definately return. Highly recommend.

Would not recommend, was over priced compared to other places price wise we have stayed on North Island Also be very aware they hold $250 bond! Thuggery!!!!!! Breakfast menu, no buffet and you will leave hungry! Not a good operation!
