The hotel is very convenient location. 10 min walk to Dotonbori. Its really close to a lot of shopping area and restaurants and 7 mins walk to the station. The hotel is simple, not too modern, small, but it does what you need. Its clean, good location, and friendly staff.

The convience of the hotel is what drew us to book here, however i would still NOT RECOMMEND this place to others. When we checked in, we were hit with a hidden "osaka fee" and paid extra in cash. Although it was only 800 yen, it felt like a scam as there are zero amenities, no house cleaning service and "osaka fees" aren't a real thing -it's just their added surcharge. When we got to our room, there was a smell, and we realized quickly it was coming from the washroom. It smelled like dirty subway stations where people peed on the walls. There were holes on the closet doors as well. Overall, it was not well kept and we much prefer staying in a little more expensive place for the cleanliness next time.

Terrible mattress, very very small bathroom, unkind staff. Very old ventilation system that sounds s lot and does not allow to sleep.

නියමයි The property was conveniently located near the train station and had many amenities nearby, from cafes, restaurants, laundromat and close to the main dontonburi entertainment district. Staff was friendly and helpful.
