Clean and very spacious room. Very good location, within walking distance to Colosseum and Trevi Fountain and places to eat and shop. Vince was excellent, kind, and accommodating. Room was ok, could use an area rug to make it cozier. Bed linens were not the best quality, they were lower thread count so weren’t very soft. Bathroom shower was extremely small. WiFi bandwidth and reliability was not the best either, very slow.

This was a brilliant find - near the centre of everything you want to see in Rome but also cool, quiet (for Rome) and peaceful. Staff were friendly and contactable at all times, room was spotless and spacious for a city centre property. Would stay again 100%!

Location was exceptional, the elevator was charming but you will have to get used to it. Really comfortable room right in the heart of the eternal city.

We were quite disappointed in our stay after reading such good reviews. We tried to use the tub and turned on the jets and very nasty gunk came out and we didn’t feel it was safe or sanitary to use. The “mini bar” in our room was a can of beer and a can of coke. No one could tell us how to use either safe in our room. The towel heater didn’t work. The wifi was basically nonexistent, it was incredibly slow. The bed was quite short, maybe this is normal for Italy. If these are things you don’t care about, it is a nice enough area that is very walkable to most of the major sites. Also the staff member who checked us in was nice and helpful.
