Great 5 night stay. Had an early flight out (before the breaky bar opened) and they provided a to go box. All in all, good location, close to the river and some pretty good restaurants, along with a close mini mart. Would stay again and recommend.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but Hotel Clement was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was the Wi-Fi. While it worked at reception, the signal in my room was so weak it was unusable. The staff repeatedly insisted there was “no Wi-Fi problem” because it worked in the lobby, completely missing the point that guests need reliable internet in their ROOMS. A working router at reception doesn’t mean the signal reaches guest floors. I explained this several times and asked to switch rooms, but they refused. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, the staff argued with me and insisted their Wi-Fi was fine. Reliable internet was essential for me, and because they couldn’t provide it, I had to book another hotel at my own expense. The air conditioning also struggled during the heat wave, making it difficult to sleep comfortably, and there wasn’t even shampoo in the room, which is a basic amenity I would expect. The checkout experience was the worst part. Rather than acknowledging my concerns or offering any goodwill credit, the staff argued about why I shouldn’t receive any compensation. They even asked where I was going after I checked out. Since I had already explained I was moving because I needed working Wi-Fi, I found the question unnecessary and intrusive. Poor customer service is one thing, but refusing to acknowledge a legitimate issue, refusing a room change, and dismissing a guest’s concerns made this a very frustrating experience. would NEVER stay here again

This is a small gem of a hotel. Easy walking distance to everything you need but small, secluded and excellent, clean rooms with perfect access to WiFi.
